I'm unable to access S&P Capital IQ via Chrome

We may need to configure Chrome to explicitly allow "popups and redirects" for the S&P Global platform hosting CIQ Pro. When we've seen login failures, it's been due to a browser silently blocking the sequence of popups and redirects this (quite complex) website uses.
- In Chrome, at the top right, click the three vertical dots to open the menu and select Settings.
- Click "Privacy and security" and then "Site Settings".
- Click "Pop-ups and redirects".
- Under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects," look for an existing entry like [https://spglobal.com...]https://spglobal.com...
- If the site isn't listed, next to "Allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects," click "Add".
- Enter the site's web address in the format below (note the use of square brackets and the asterisk followed by a period then closing square bracket) - if you don't format this right, Chrome won't display the blue "Add" button)
https://[*.]spglobal.com - Then click Add.
- Restart Chrome and retry the Library link for Capital IQ SSO https://library.london.edu/CIQsso
